Visiting Professor Yasemin Dayioglu-Yücel recently co-edited the fifth volume of Türkisch-deutsche Studien, entitled "In der Welt der Proteste und Umwälzungen."

Graduate student Didem Uca has two contributions in the journal: a translation from the Turkish of an op-ed by Ece Temelkuran on the "bitter bewilderment" of the Gezi protests and a report on Penn German's 2014 conference "Intersections: Cross-Cultural Theater in Germany and the U.S." featuring Emine Sevgi Özdamar.
