Pedagogy Seminar Series

Pedagogy Seminar: "Changing Perspectives: How to Give Voice to the Voiceless in the Classroom" with Julia Wilker (Classical Studies)

Wednesday, October 19, 2016 - 12:00pm - 1:30pm

Courses in the humanities and social sciences often encounter the problem that the primary sources (literary texts, official documents, material artifacts, and pieces of art) feature only a one-sided view that doesn't give a voice to marginalized groups.

Notes about RSVPs:

We offer an online registration process for seminars, workshops, lectures and conferences where attendance numbers are needed in advance. If the signup has closed, it may still be possible to register. Please call the Gender, Sexuality and Women's Studies Program at (215) 898-8740 to see if spots are still available.
