Graduate Student Colloquium with Helena de Llanos

Please join us at the Gender, Sexuality and Women's Studies (GSWS) Graduate Student Colloquium

on Thursday, November 14, from 12pm-1:15pm in Cohen Hall 436 (lunch is served).

 

Helena de Llanos (Hispanic Studies) will be screening a segment of her documentary, “La Mitad De Todo” (Half of All, subtitled), to be followed by a discussion. Helena’s documentary is based on fieldwork in La Paz, Bolivia, where she spent two months talking to and filming a disparate group of women.

Lunch will be served, so please RSVP to smourad@asc.upenn.edu by Thursday, November 7.
