Annual Giving at SAS
Every great research university must be anchored by a strong arts and sciences core. At Penn, the School of Arts and Sciences is the nexus for the integration of knowledge across disciplines, engagement with local and global communities, and innovation in education. Support to the School of Arts and Sciences enhances our ability to innovate and move forward, and it helps ensure that the intellectual core of the University remains strong.
Be counted among supporters of Penn Arts and Sciences through a gift to one of the following dedicated annual funds.
Arts and Sciences Annual Giving
A powerful way to invest in the liberal arts, this fund provides unrestricted resources to Penn Arts and Sciences which can be allocated to support priority areas where the need is greatest. Arts and Sciences Annual Giving donations provide immediate budgetary relief for the School, and make an instant impact on the lives of students and faculty.
Graduate Fellowship Fund
The Graduate Fellowship Fund provides graduate students in Penn Arts and Sciences with fellowship support, as well as summer stipends and support for dissertation research. Gifts to this fund help the School of Arts and Sciences offer competitive funding packages to ensure that tomorrow's foremost scholars, educators and leaders can afford to choose Penn.
Bread Upon the Waters Scholarship Fund
Gifts to this fund assist women over 30 who are completing an undergraduate degree through part-time study in Penn's College of Liberal and Professional Studies. Because part-time students rarely qualify for traditional sources of financial aid, this fund provides tuition support to help these academically talented, goal-oriented women realize their dreams.
