The School is accepting nominations for the 2006 Distinguished Alumni Award. To submit a nomination for our consideration please contact us electronically using the link provided or write to Distinguished Alumni Award, School of Arts and Sciences, Office of External Affairs, 3440 Market Street, Suite 300, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Please include the following information in your correspondence with us:
- Nominee's Name
- Nominee's Title
- Nominee's Address
- A short description of the nominee's accomplishments, focusing on area of expertise/contribution; major awards and honors, or other special qualifications that distinguish the nominee
- Your name (optional)
Nominations for the 2006 award will be accepted until November 1, 2005. Nominations received after that date will be held for consideration for the 2007 award.
