The University of Pennsylvania’s Organizational Dynamics programs introduces an innovative new opportunity for business and non-profit leaders interested in extending their professional networks and skill sets. Penn’s Executive Development portfolio builds upon the expertise and lessons that have existed in the Organizational Dynamics programs, and provides short, noncredit courses in a hybrid format of online and on-site sessions held in Philadelphia.
The Executive Development portfolio includes courses designed to provide perspectives that will enable leaders to address an array of circumstances in today’s complex and evolving corporate landscape. The content complements lessons from business school course work and offers multidisciplinary approaches to evaluating and approaching organizational systems.
Topics in the inaugural fall sessions include Organizational and Executive Coaching, Creating a Culture of Innovation, Organizational Diagnosis, Execution of Strategic Initiatives, and Leading Transformational Change. All courses are led by distinguished experts who are actively engaged as researchers, instructors, consultants and mentors of major organizations around the world.
The Executive Development courses offer five full days of cutting-edge content in an innovative new format that requires only three days out of the office. The remaining material is delivered online via highly interactive sessions developed in partnership with the Penn Online Learning team. Course enrollment is capped in order to maximize the experience, which includes extensive peer networking, individualized coaching from the instructional faculty, and case study analysis.
The fall 2014 courses begin on October 6th, with registration open through September 17th. Additional details are available at http://www.sas.upenn.edu/executivedevelopment.
