Marsha Mallet joined Penn in 1996 from Thomas Jefferson University where she was the Manager of Business Operations for the Department of Housing. She worked for the Vice Dean for Education in the School of Medicine and the Executive Director for Finance and Administration in the School of Arts and Sciences before becoming Director of Finance and Administration for the College of General Studies in 2001. Marsha oversees policy and operations in the areas of budgeting, business services, human resources and facilities for both LPS and English Language Programs. Marsha completed a B.S. at the University of Wisconsin, and an M.S. at Northern Illinois University. She received an MBA from St. Joseph’s University.
Christine Gravener

Christine received her B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University. She subsequently worked for Whitmans’ Chocolates and Philadelphia Newspapers in various roles as an accountant, financial analyst, and budgeting manager. In 1991, she relocated to Portland, Maine and began working for a small publisher, Intercultural Press. She remained at Intercultural Press, ultimately becoming its General Manager, until she returned to the Philadelphia area in the fall of 2005. Chris earned her M.B.A. from The University of Southern Maine in 2001. She joined Penn and LPS in May of 2006 and works primarily with the English Language Programs division of LPS.

Pat Bittner received her B.S. in Finance from Penn State University. She was recruited into the GE Financial Management Program and worked in various capacities at GE Company and GE Capital in Connecticut gaining experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable, General Accounting, Consolidations Accounting, Federal Tax and Financial Analysis. Upon relocating to the Philadelphia area in 1992, Pat accepted a job as a staff accountant with TLA Entertainment Group, and was subsequently promoted to Accounting Manager. She started at Penn in 2005 as a B.A. at WXPN before joining LPS in October 2006.
Mechelle McCreary

Mechelle received her B.S. in Accounting from DeVry University. Before joining LPS, Mechelle worked at Westinghouse Lighting Corporation as a Staff Accountant, where her responsibilities included budget analysis, month-end reporting and financial statements. Mechelle has experience working in for-profit as well as non-profit companies including Richmond American Homes, Philadelphia Workforce Development and Columbus Property Management. Mechelle has had various other accounting roles in general accounting, accounts payable and receivables.
Mahamadou Camara

Mahamadou received his BA in Finance, Accounting, and International Business from Temple University in January 2008. Before coming to United States in September 2002, Mahamadou was living in his native country, Republic of Mali, West Africa, where he earned a License in Gestion Financiere from "University du Mali". Besides Mandingo, his native language, Mahamadou is fluent in French, the official language of Mali. Upon graduation from Temple University, he joined WXPN as a Finance Intern where he was responsible for various finance and accounting tasks. In July 2008, Mahamadou was hired as a BA at the College of Liberal and Professional Studies formerly CGS.
