Carl Mastropaolo
Carl Mastropaolo has a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from St. Joseph’s University and a master’s degree in environmental science from Drexel University. He has been employed in the environmental consulting field for 16 years, the last 12 as a self-employed environmental scientist. Prior to his employment in the Applied Geosciences graduate program at Penn, he was an adjunct assistant professor in the Engineering Geology graduate program at Drexel University during the period 1991 through 2002. During his free time, Carl enjoys hiking, bicycling and canoeing. He has also found time over the last few years to pursue his passion for music, playing guitar, harmonica and saxophone in local rock and roll bands.
