Physics and Radiation Departments

The Master of Medical Physics program provides students pursuing their medical physics degree with the opportunity to work closely with the following departments housed in the School of Arts and Sciences, the School of Medicine, and Penn Engineering, as well as the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Some of the faculty teaching in the medical physics graduate program are based in these departments, and provide students with both research and practicum opportunities. Additionally, students gain insights into the practical applications of the medical physics masters through their interaction with these faculty members and by reading their research.
