IGSP Resources for Students

Participants in the IGSP program have access to a wide variety of student support services and resources.

Academic Advising

  1. Consult your academic advisor to design a program of study to meet your needs
  2. Review your academic goals and educational background
  3. Develop an individualized curriculum from over 170 courses in 50 areas of study

  2. State-of-the-art Laboratories
  3. Learning Resources and Tutoring Centers
    1. Weingarten Learning Resources Center
    2. The Writing Center
    3. Communication Within the Curriculum (CWiC)

Access to Penn Student Life

  1. Student Clubs and Organizations
  2. Social and Cultural Events: theater, orchestra, dance, film society, jazz concerts, Spring Fling
  3. Recreational Facilities and Classes: gyms, tennis and squash courts, fitness center, and pools

Employment

  1. International students may work on campus for up to 20 hours per week
  2. Work on campus in libraries, department offices, housing office, recreation facilities, etc.
  3. Earn $10 to $12.50 dollars per hour
