The University of Pennsylvania’s Master of Medical Physics program has been accredited by CAMPEP, the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Educational Programs.

CAMPEP is a nonprofit organization whose objectives are to review and accredit educational programs in medical physics. Accreditation is a voluntary, non-governmental process of peer review. The objective of the review is to ensure that a program or institution has met a defined standard. Accreditation serves as public recognition that a program or institution provides a quality education. Completion of a CAMPEP-accredited graduate program is a highly desired prerequisite for admission into a CAMPEP-accredited residency program.
