No - if you are a Penn student seeking to enroll in summer courses you should register for courses through Penn InTouch.  All current students are encouraged to speak with an advisor from his or her academic program prior to enrolling in summer courses.

Current Penn students need only apply if they are seeking to participate in one of the Penn Summer Abroad programs.  The application process for those programs and the locations offered during the Summer Session can be found here:
