| A Few Options for Year 1 Summer Semester: | You can complete PHYS 101-910 (1.5 CU) and PHYS 102-920 (1.5 CU) in the 6-Week Summer Session I and II. You can take advanced science courses such as BIOL 202-900 or BIOL 221-900 during the 12-Week Summer Session. You do not have to complete summer courses and instead get involved in health-related activities such as research, volunteering or shadowing. | ||||

| In addition: | You will need to complete either the MCAT, DAT or GRE in late April-beginning of June. Please keep in mind that the recommended prep time for the MCAT and DAT exams are 300-350 hours. You can apply to Medical, Dental or Veterinary Medical School beginning of June for the following fall entry term. During the Glide Year, post-bac students can complete health-related activities (i.e. research, shadowing, or volunteer) as well as enrolling in advanced science elective courses. |
