All Students

Students in all programs of the College of Liberal and Professional Studies should contact LPS Student Services and Records staff for clarification of SAS/LPS policies and procedures; for assistance with course registration, student record/transcript and billing questions; and for aid in identifying campus resources.

Undergraduate Students and Post-Baccaluareate Undergraduate Studies Students

Students in LPS undergraduate programs and in the Post-Baccalaureate Undergraduate Studies program should also contact LPS Student Services staff for advice and counsel regarding SAS/LPS degree requirements, course selection, and other academic questions and problems.  Students in specialized post-baccalaureate and master’s programs should contact their program director or academic advisor for questions related to their academic program, course selection, and degree requirements.

In addition to consulting Student Services Specialists for advising on undergraduate course selection and degree requirements, students should see an LPS Student Services Specialist to withdraw from a course after the drop deadline, to transfer from one LPS program to another, or to transfer internally to another school at the University. Students wishing to have former coursework evaluated for transfer credit should meet with a Student Services Specialist in their first semester of study to initiate the process.

All students in undergraduate degree programs are assigned an academic advisor. The name of the assigned advisor will appear in the student record in Penn InTouch.
