This seminar is a sequel to DYNM 612: Mastering Organizational Politics and Power. The goal of the course is to assess participants' competence in applying the "eighth habit" - organizational politics - in a series of simulated management meetings centered on a virtual organization of the future, the "Global Pharmaceutical Network." Each participant will rotate through a series of senior management roles in G.P.N., and they will encounter a sequence of leadership dilemmas which have to be resolved, using a combination of four power-strategies: cooperation, negotiation, influence, and domination. Instrumented feedback will be available to participants after each session.

Enrollment preference will be given to students who have taken DYNM 612. Permission of the instructor is absolutely required for all others.
