Four Graduate Students Awarded Penfield Fellowships

The Dean's Office awarded Osman Balkan (Comparative Politics), Guzman Castro (Comparative Politics), Joe Lin (International Relations), and Sid Rothstein (Political Theory) Penfield Fellowships in order to support dissertation research. Penfield Fellowships, funded by a bequest that dates from 1930, are intended to aid students of “diplomacy, international affairs, and belles-lettres.”
