Research:

My research focuses on the design of ferroelectric materials using DFT calculations. Current areas of interest include solid solutions of perovskite ABO3 with reduced band gap and intrinsic dipole, which are likely relaxor ferroelectrics and also candidates for efficient solar energy harvesting.
