Research: My interests are in
  1. using ab initio and DFT to predict reaction mechanisms and kinetics of free radical polymerization systems (acrylates and methacrylates)
  2. carrying out spectromteric and spectroscopic studies to verify predicted mechanisms and capturing elusive radical species and
  3. applying DFT to develop better understanding of heterogeneous catalysts.
