Undergraduate Research Opportunities
The University of Pennsylvania encourages undergraduate students to do original research. Over forty professors teach courses in Religious Studies and many of them are involved in research projects. Some of them regularly need students with appropriate interests and skills. Visit our Research pages for ideas in different areas of study. Contact individual department and associated professors regarding opportunities as research assistants.
In addition, the University’s Center for Undergraduate Research & Fellowships (CURF) helps Penn undergraduates pursue independent research, including competitive research grants. Consult CURF’s Research web page and Research Directory to look for opportunities that interest you.
