Dyan Anderson -Manager, SAS Staff Relations– Dyan’s role is to support, guide and counsel management and staff in areas of conflict resolution, policy interpretation, compliance issues, and to provide staff development opportunities.  Dyan’s responsibilities include providing counsel and guidance to management and staff members in understanding and working through workplace issues, and overseeing compliance with FMLA, ADA, Unemployment Benefit claims, and Workers Compensation. She is responsible for guiding SAS staff who participates in Penn’s Phased Retirement and Flexible Work Options Programs and she coordinates the SAS New Staff Orientation program that includes the monitoring of the introductory review process. She also develops and implements training modules for supervisors and support staff. In addition, she conducts exit interviews and provides analysis reports as needed.  Dyan is also the school’s Org Designator who oversees the online PTO System.

Dyan is a Temple University graduate who began her Penn career in 2001 bringing with her twelve years of HR experience in both the private and public sectors.
