An important course in the P3 concentration is DYNM 645: Team Strategy Project. This course offers students the opportunity to synthesize the knowledge, skill, and creativity gained within the P3 curriculum, as well as other Org Dynamics courses completed, with professional demands from their work environments. Individual or small teams of students secure a faculty advisor from Org Dynamics and a sponsor from one of their organizations and then write a plan/proposal to: 1) restructure an existing activity within one of their companies; or 2) establish a major new project activity within one of their companies; or 3) establish a new venture within their industry. Working with the advisor and the sponsor, the students then implement the proposed activities. Upon completion of the final product, a summary of the procedures and outcomes is presented to the faculty advisor with the project sponsor in attendance.
