Penn Summer for Current Undergraduates and Alumni

Current Penn Students

Want to take courses at Penn during the Summer Session? There is no application process for current Penn students who want to take a course on campus or online: any current Penn student may enroll in Summer Session courses through Penn InTouch.

Penn InTouch

Current students from any of Penn's undergraduate degree programs are encouraged to speak with their advisor from their home school (College of Arts and Sciences, Wharton Undergraduate, SEAS, Nursing, Liberal and Professional Studies) prior to enrolling in Penn Summer courses. Please note that LPS Undergraduate advisors may not advise undergraduate students from other schools at Penn.

Alumni

Continue learning as a Penn alumna or alumnus through the College of Liberal and Professional Studies (LPS). If you graduated from an undergraduate or graduate degree program of the University of Pennsylvania, you can take additional undergraduate courses in the day or evening through a variety of study options. We’re flexible enough to fit your schedule. There is no application fee for the Penn Alumni Program. Upon verification of your alumni status by the LPS office, you will be permitted to register for and enroll in courses up to and including the 599 level. Normal post-baccalaureate academic policies, tuition rates and deadlines of the College of Liberal and Professional Studies apply to alumni registrants.

Incoming Penn Freshmen

Incoming Penn freshmen must fill out the Penn Freshman Registration Form and submit it along with a copy of their letter of acceptance to Penn. No other supporting documentation is required. The application fee is waived.
