"The [Curriculum Committee] shall have a separate Subcommittee
on Individualized Study which shall evaluate proposals for the Individualized
major, for credit for independent work and for satisfying various
options within the distributional requirement. The Chairman of the
Subcommittee on Individualized Study shall report to the Curriculum
