Federalism and the All India Services

UPIASI’s initiative of reviving the idea of publishing the proceedings of a CASI-Centre for Policy Research (CPR) Workshop on Federalism and the All India Services held in January 1995, resulted in a CASI/UPIASI-CPR joint publication, The Changing Role of the All India Services: An Assessment and Agenda for Future Research on Federalism and the All India Services, co-edited by Balveer Arora and Beryl Radin, which was published as a hardback report in March 2000.
