Mayor's Food Policy Fellowship

The Mayor's Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity (CEO) is seeking dynamic undergraduate and graduate-level students to serve as Mayor's Food Policy Fellows this fall. We are looking for Fellows to work part-time (12-15 hours/week) beginning in late August. Candidates are being considered on a rolling basis.

The City of Philadelphia's Mayor's Food Policy Fellowship offers an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate-level students to learn about and contribute to the City's work in combating hunger.  Mayor's Food Policy fellows will research emergency meal policy for CEO, coordinate volunteers at designated soup kitchens, coordinate implementation of Meals and More programming, and collect data on emergency meal guests and providers. Fellows will help improve the quality of emergency meals served in Philadelphia, and will also gain valuable experience for careers in City government and non-profits. For more information about the Mayor's Food Policy Fellowship, please see the full job description.
