    The Penn Child Research Center and the Center for Policy Research in Education are partnering to examine the Pennsylvania Keystone STARS, the state's Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) for early childhood providers. The purpose of this research is to identify areas in which the Keystone STARS can be improved so as to assist the state with upcoming revisions to the system. One aspect of this work will involve collecting achievement data on 200 children being served by early childhood providers in the Philadelphia area.
