What brought you to Urban Studies?: 

I was initially interested in buildings and architecture. After taking an Intro to City Planning course this desire grew into wanting to gain a deeper understanding of cities in general. So the Urban Studies major made sense and I believe it can provide me with the knowledge to help influence my surroundings.

Thesis Topic: 
Looking at the success of the Via Verde in Bronx NY and how the community has engaged with the development.
