create htmlist with

make html files with hevea and fix them

do the rest after getting feedback

check abstracts for \, use grep -e "[\]" *.rdf

run rss.R in rss direcory, which makes list for notification and rss.xml

in RePEc directory:

mv oai.xml rss

then copy rdf files from jdm/RePEc/ to jdm/RePEc/jdm/journl/

./dat2ris.pl [new volume].dat
adds to allvols.ris automatically

then run ./makehtaccess.R

./dat2apa.pl [new volume].dat tmp.apa
fix umlauts
add to ../toc.html and sort

run bak.bat in jdm directory

update journal search on carter in search subdir of main web dir

Go to http://www.doaj.org and log in as journal owner
upload oai.xml
(may need fixing)

upload notify.txt from rss directory and run ./notify after fixing it
 and make sure url is in the file

send mail to jdmnotify and jdmindices
