Man, some days are so unproductive. Today I went to work, came home,
watched hours and hours of destructive television, ate rice, and sat on
the couch. Then, my housemate Morrine's boyfriend Rich took digital
photos of some of us. Here are some faves for you all! Yay!

Here's Dirk Verbrugghe, another lovely housemate, with Maya's dog
Cliffi. Cliffi is named after Cliff from the wonderful NBC sitcom
CHEERS. Maya told me this two days ago, after I mentioned that Cliffi
was a pretty masculine name for a female dog. Turns out the spelling is
feminine enough, but the derivation is more masculine and bizzare than I
thought! Oh well.

Yet another one of Cliffi, with my buddy Brian Chirls right behind her.
While Brian was helping me FTP these photos to my page, we sang an
interesting version of "Tonight" from WEST SIDE STORY. Brian pretends
to have good taste in movies, but he really enjoyed the recent remake of
GODZILLA, he told me. Yick.

Look. Just look how beautiful our house is. I just moved into a
beautiful old townhouse at 40th and Pine here in Philadelphia. This
cabinet is full of the empty liquor bottles of the past residents.
You can see half of me on the right there.

This is me hiding behind a couch cushion as Rich tries to snap my
photo without my permission. Grr.

On the left: Me. I look icky. It's 90 degrees outside and my
hair is a lank mop. Center: Maya, with an elastic around her
nose. Dirk is laughing at both of us on the right. An empty
Absolut bottle, Dirk's chicken and rice dinner, some glassware,
and a K-Mart circular all play prominent roles in this
photo.

Maya and I stare at a candle. Like the reddish streaks in our
hair? That's what happens with free time and money when you
spend the summer at college. Here's how the conversation
went:
Maya: I'm bored.
Hannah: Me too.
Maya: What do you want to do?
Hannah: I don't know.
Maya: ...
Hannah: ...
Maya: ...
Hannah: Why don't we dye our hair?
Maya: Okay!
Then, a trip to CVS, and the fun began.

Here's a picture of my dirty foot. Basically, it's up here as
a reminder to me to wear shoes or slippers in the house. We
don't clean here much, and the soles of my feel show it.
Also, lately I've been favoring these cool black sandals to
wear to work, and they leave black indentations on the soles
of my feet.
More to come later! Woo hoo!

I got my hair cut! Here I am,

Here's a really cool photoshop compilation done by Blake Kritzberg.

So I was in a show called The Most Massive Woman Wins, and one
night before the show opened, the silly newspaper came and took this
revealing picture of me! Graa! Here it is, so I'm really not that
embarassed:
