These stands support black ammonite fossils (no. 16) that are worshipped as Vishnu. They act as the equivalent of the lotus throne at the base of metal anthropomorphic images (no. 12), or the shrines in which gods reside (no. 1). This stand takes the forms of a fantastic animal, lotus vine, and flower.
