Simplified Interface

The ITEST GUI offers a simplified interface for users that do not require many of the technical features included in VMD. The usser can easily change the visualization, coloring and display options by accessing menus in the ITEST GUI window.

Molecule Library

The ITEST GUI includes a library of molecules that can be loaded from the menu bar at the top. The molecules are organized in a variety of categories shown in the expanded menu to the right.

Display Options

The ITEST GUI contains different sets of display options that enable the user to explore the important structural features of each molecule type.
