I am interested in how humans perceive and remember the world around them. Currently I am engaged in projects investigating the neural and functional processing of color. In particular, I am using fMRI and psychophysics to explore the processing pathways that allow observers to consistently recognize the particular color of surfaces despite changes in the surrounding context and illumination.
