Maksim Moshkow's online library is the largest collection of literature in Russian that I have encountered on the Internet. Without it, my survival in the university, far from my family's home library, would have been impossible. He has almost everything there !

This incredible program was developed by Michael Morozov. Hieroglyph allows changing Russian text from cyrillic to transliterated (Latin alphabet) form, and vice versa, changing from one cyrillic encoding to another, text editing in Russian and English, etc. The author is VERY helpful should a dditional troubleshooting be needed!
