Class work: Review first semester topics; working on Modal expressions: use of muTiyum, veeNTum, laam and corresponding negative forms, listening to conversations on Macintosh Hypercard software.

Class work: a) Practice expressions with modal forms, b) use of conversations illustrating modal expressions, c) Class work on writing sentences and expressions focussing on modal expressions.
