Graduate student, Megan Postemski, explores the historic land-use of 18th century Deer Isle, Maine

Over the summer, Megan Postemski, a Ph.D student in the Department of Anthropology, traveled northward to Deer Isle, Maine to survey the remains of a 18th century farmstead in order to understand how settlers of the period transformed the region's landscape.
