PMA/Penn/Mellon Object-Based Workshop, "Paper as Object: Beyond a Supporting Role"

Led by Professor Julie Davis; Shelley Langdale, Associate Curator of Prints and Drawings; and Nancy Ash, Charles K. Williams II Senior Conservator of Works of Art on Paper

The morning session will include a hands-on introduction to papermaking methods, hosted by local artist Nicole Donnelly. The afternoon sessions will take place in the PMA’s Prints, Drawings, and Photographs study room and paper conservation lab.
