Quick questions about pre-existing FreshService tickets that involve DCS may be submitted to the #ask-dcs Slack channel as needed. Please reference the ticket number in the post. If your question or issue is urgent, please tag your message with @dcs and the team will be notified.
As with the #ask-dcs channel for DCS, quick questions about pre-existing FreshService tickets may be submitted to Allocations via the #ask-allocations channel. As most Allocation topics are not urgent, the channel will only be lightly monitored. Nevertheless, if you do have an urgent question, please tag your message with @dcs-allocations and Sarah will be notified directly. Otherwise, please expect a 1-2 business day turn around. Please refrain from sending Sarah direct messages.
