Please note that as of 6/12/12, Penn computing support staff will not be able to assist with reseting Penn Live passwords.
You have two ways to reset a forgotten password:
- From the "Forgot your Password?" link on the Penn Live Logon Page, http://mail.live.com, you can choose to reset your password by having Penn Live send a password reset email to your alternate email address, if you specified one when you set up your account.
- From the "Forgot your Password?" link on the Penn Live Logon Page, http://mail.live.com, you can choose to reset your password by answering the security question that you specified when you created your account. You will be prompted for your location information. By default, your location information for Penn Live accounts was set as follows:
Country/Region: United States
Zip Code: 19104
You can change your location information anytime in your Penn Live mail settings.
