1. Can I setup Two-Step Verification for my Google@SAS account?

Yes. Information on setting up Two-Step Verification can be found here. Two-Step Verification is now mandatory for Alumni Google@SAS accounts.  If you are Alumni and are having trouble accessing your Google@SAS account please fill out the form below to regain access to your account and to enable Two-Step Verification.

2. I forgot my Google@SAS password.

3. My PennO365 Pro Plus account has stopped working.

Losing access to your PennO365 Pro Plus account can be related to a recent change in your Affiliation or from acquiring a new Affiliation that has overwritten your Student Eligibility.  Please fill out the form below and we can have a look to assist with regaining access.
