Zimbra - Creating a New Calendar

Zimbra supports the ability for each person to have multiple calendars. For example, in addition to your personal calendar, you could also maintain calendars for specific projects you are working on. Here's how to create additional calendars in Outlook:



1. Go to the calendar section of Outlook, click the "File" menu, "New," and select "Folder."



2. Type the name you would like for your new calendar in the "Name" field and verify that the "Folder contains" is set to "Calendar Items." In the "select where to place the folder" window, click on "Zimbra - [Your Name]." Click OK.



3. You can find your new calendar in your calendar list.
