How do I access my PennO365 account?
To access your PennO365 account you can go to https://outlook.office365.com. When signing into your PennO365 account on the web, remember that you are signing in using your Account Name (which is ) and your PennO365 password. Your email address remains unchanged and you will continue receive messages at your address, as well as sending as that address. PennO365 accounts just require sign-in with the Account Name.

Where are my folders in the PennO365 web interface?
To locate your account folders in the PennO365 web interface click More located under Folders in the left hand pane. You will see more options appear and your name halfway down the pane. Below your name will be Inbox. Click the dropdown triangle next to Inbox to see your folders.
How can I change the way things look in the PennO365 web interface?
To change the appearance of your PennO365 account you can click on the gear located in the top right of your screen. To make a change to the theme select Change Theme from the dropdown menu. To change the way your messages are displayed select Display Settings from the same menu.

The way your name appears when sending a message from your PennO365 account is based on how your name is listed in the Penn Directory. To make a change to this you can go to the Directoryand log in by clicking Login in the top right corner.
