Biographical Information

As of January 11, 2019, Gaylord Holder is leaving SASC to take a new job in the Med School.

Gaylord was a Senior Systems Administrator in ISUS. He worked most recently at Drexel where he was the senior system administrator for the Computer Science department, almost singlehandedly managing all of the systems needed by the department from instructional, to administrative, to research computing. His wide ranging experience as a linux sysadmin includes custom scripting, virtualization, and cloud computing. He has earned two bachelor's degrees, one from Drexel in business administration and one from Penn in CIS, and he also has a Master's degree in robotics and computer science from Penn.
