This year 2003 marks the 40th anniversary of Folklore and Folklife at the University of Pennsylvania. As part of that celebration, the faculty and staff seek to re-establish contact with all former students, wherever they may be today. If you graduated from the Folklore and Folklife Program at the University of Pennsylvania, please take some time to let us know where you are and what you are doing these days.

Please feel free to provide as much or as little of the information requested — only five of the form fields require an answer. Once the form is submitted, information you provide will not only help us track the career paths of our graduates, but also aid us in the compilation of a comprehensive alumni directory.
