Rethinking Regions and Roles

Middle Atlantic Folklife Association
Spring Meeting, April 12-13, 2002

DeVry College of Technology
630 U.S. Highway One, North Brunswick, NJ 08902-3362

The Middle Atlantic Folklife Association is pleased to announce its Spring Meeting, and extend an invitation to those who may wish to consider key disciplinary issues concerning region and professional role. The event will be an opportunity to bridge theory and practice through dialogue and promises to productively reflect on the nature of our work as folklorists (public and academic) within the communities and geographies we support and explore.

This event is sponsored in part by DeVry College of Technology, the Center for Folklore and Ethnography at the University of Pennsylvania, and the members of MAFA.
