Andreas Kilcher (ETH Zürich) and Liliane Weissberg have edited an anthology, Nachträglich, grundlegend: Der Kommentar als Denkform in der jüdischen Moderne von Hermann Cohen bis Jacques Derrida (Göttingen: Wallstein Verlag). Beginning with a discussion of Jewish Bible commentaries, the book gathers an international group of scholars to discuss the further tradition of the form of the commentary and its importance for twentieth-century Jewish thought.
