The Alice Paul Center for Research on Gender, Sexuality and Women is hosting a public event on 10 October 2018: A Conversation between Anita Hill and Kimberlé Crenshaw. Sexual Harassment from Congressional Testimony to the #MeToo Movement. Held during the week of the 28th anniversary of the Clarence Thomas confirmation hearings, this event provides a historical context for and discussion of the current movements against sexual harassment. With Penn’s own Dorothy Roberts acting as moderator, the event brings together three of the most distinguished African American gender and legal scholars.
