Please join us for this talk that will provide an introduction to Catalan language and culture, its role within the European context, and its relationship with other less-commonly taught languages.

 

Dr. Vilardell is the Institut Ramon Lull Catalan Lecturer at Georgetown University. She is the author of the book Traducció i censura en el franquisme (2015).
