Inspiring Impact

At the close of the Power of Penn Arts & Sciences Campaign, we are bolder and bigger, with a diverse, curious student body and a dynamic faculty engaged in research and knowledge-building.

Partners and Progress

Recognizing the Power of the Humanities

Jordan and Lisa Bender, PAR’12, ’15, know that a liberal arts education was meaningful for their daughters, so they endowed a College scholarship to give more students the chance to explore and learn.

Transformational Philanthropy

Arthur Kaplan, C’67, and R. Duane Perry have chosen to support undergraduate financial aid in their estate plans, because, Arthur says, “Penn students restore my optimism.”

New Dialogues on Democracy

The Andrea Mitchell Center for the Study of Democracy marks a new chapter for Penn, thanks to a generous gift from Andrea Mitchell, CW’67, and her husband, Alan Greenspan, HON’98.

Economics in Context

Howard S. Marks, W’67, and his wife, Nancy, established an endowed professorship at Penn Arts and Sciences, and Marc Flandreau is now the inaugural Howard Marks Professor of Economic History.

Recognizing Faculty Distinction

Penn Arts & Sciences is pleased to recognize faculty who have been honored with endowed professorships and other named positions, along with the generous donors whose gifts support excellence.

Our Supporters

We are grateful for the alumni, parents, and friends who supported the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Arts & Sciences during fiscal year 2022.
