I hold an undergraduate degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures and a Doctorate in Comparative Literature from the University of Florence. In December 2010, I completed a Master’s degree at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) of the University of London, with a dissertation that analyzes Italian foreign policy towards the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. I have explored several languages and literary canons while developing my passion for Italian language and culture, with a special focus on Russian and Jewish literature. Teaching Italian represents a very important part of my experience and is a central factor in determining my goals for the future. My research interests include postmodern literature, women’s history and literature, Jewish culture, and multilingualism.
