The James Joo-Jin Kim Program in Korean Studies is pleased to announce a new graduate student travel grant up to $500!
 
This grant is intended to assist graduate students at the University of Pennsylvania in any field of Korean Studies with the cost of attending a conference where they present papers. Awards will be made on the basis of the competitively established merit of the proposals. In order to be considered for a grant, please submit a completed application form at least six weeks before the conference date. Grant recipients will be reimbursed upon submitting all relevant receipts after completing the travel. Please e-mail a completed application form to Samantha Koo <samkoo@sas.upenn.edu>.

*Each student may apply for one Graduate Student Conference Travel Grant per Academic Year. Graduate students are advised to carefully consider which conference they decide to submit the grant application for with this restriction in mind.*
